Welcome to Life Made Simple
Life can get complicated.
Sometimes it’s because of health.
Sometimes it’s because the house feels like it’s constantly getting away from you.
Sometimes it’s because you’re living in a small space, traveling in an RV, trying to stay organized, or simply trying to keep up with everything life keeps putting on your plate.
And sometimes, you just need someone to say:
“Here’s a simpler way to do this.”
That’s why I created Life Made Simple.
I’m here to share practical ideas, helpful resources, organization strategies, and things I’ve learned along the way that can make everyday life a little easier.
Not perfect.
Not Pinterest-perfect.
Just easier.
🌿 What You’ll Find at Life Made Simple
Life Made Simple is built around a simple idea:
Small changes can make everyday life feel more manageable.
Here you’ll find practical ideas for:
🩺 Health Made Simple
Living with health challenges can mean keeping track of appointments, medications, symptoms, questions, paperwork, and information that is easy to forget when you’re already overwhelmed.
I’ll share practical ways to organize the medical side of life, prepare for appointments, advocate for yourself, and keep important information where you can find it.
🌊 The Current Theory
One of the most personal parts of Life Made Simple is The Current Theory.
I created The Current Theory as a way to describe something I’ve experienced while living with chronic illness:
Sometimes your energy doesn’t feel like a number. It feels like a current.
Some days the current flows.
Some days it slows.
Sometimes it surges.
And sometimes it changes without warning.
The Current Theory isn’t meant to replace other ways of describing chronic illness. It’s simply another perspective—one that may help some people put words to the changing capacity that can come with chronic illness.
🏡 Home Made Simple
Your home doesn’t have to be perfectly organized to work well for you.
I’ll share realistic organization ideas, small-space solutions, decluttering strategies, and practical ways to make your home work better for the life you’re actually living.
🚐 RV Life
Living and traveling in an RV teaches you very quickly that space matters.
I’ll share RV organization ideas, small-space solutions, storage strategies, and practical ways to make life on the road a little easier.
🎨 Creativity
Life isn’t all organization and checklists.
Sometimes we just need to make something.
I’ll also share crafts, creative projects, DIY ideas, and simple ways to enjoy the creative side of life.
💙 Why I Created Life Made Simple
I’ve always been someone who likes to figure things out.
How can this be organized better?
How can this process be easier?
What information do I need to have ready?
Is there a better way to do this?
And over time, I realized that many of the things I’ve learned could be useful to other people, too.
Life Made Simple grew from that idea.
I don’t have all the answers.
What I do have is a willingness to research, experiment, organize information, and share what I learn.
Some of the things you’ll find here come from my own experiences.
Some come from research.
Some are simply practical solutions that have made my life easier.
I’ll always try to be clear about which is which.
🌿 What “Simple” Means to Me
Simple doesn’t mean doing less with your life.
It means removing some of the unnecessary difficulty.
It might mean having a checklist instead of trying to remember everything.
It might mean organizing your home so the things you use most are easy to reach.
It might mean finding a product that saves you time.
It might mean realizing that today isn’t the day to tackle the entire house.
Or it might mean giving yourself permission to change the plan.
Simple is not about perfection.
It’s about creating systems that support real life.
